Fantastic stay with great staff!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring (the bus stop nearby made it easy to get around!). The room was well equipped with a television and a kettle with tea and coffee.
The lift was a bit small, but I didn't use it much.

The staff members offered excellent service and were cute. They helped with directions and provided information about local attractions. I felt very cared for during my entire stay.

The breakfast had plenty of choices. It included a variety of options (especially great if you enjoy a hearty start to the day!). Fresh fruit was available every morning.

My room included a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day. Hot water was always available, even after a long day.

underwhelming stay
shower temperature dated decor
The shower barely dribbled out water and never got hot. The cold tap in the sink was jammed solid. breakfast felt overpriced for what i got and a nearby cafe offered better value. the decor seemed dated, a bit like stepping back in time, and the room was stifling hot. I had to keep the window open all night just to breathe.

Wonderful Stay!
great breakfast coffee supplies strong wifi helpful staff
The breakfast catered to everyone's needs. The room had coffee and tea supplies. The wifi signal was strong. There were also mints left on the pillow. The staff was helpful and friendly. The luggage drop-off arrangement worked well. The en suite room met all expectations.
The shower temperature could have been a bit higher. That's my only tiny complaint.

The location is perfect for accessing local transport. Bus routes are easily accessible. The historic tramway is nearby too. These options made exploring the surrounding area very convenient and ENJOYABLE!!!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Shirley even were really nice too ensure I had everything I needed. The service here is Really good!!!

tasty sausages convenient location small lift shower curtain
The cooked breakfast WAS divine with sausages so tasty. The location is very convenient. The bus stop is right across the road for easy transport..
The lift is small. ONLY one person fits at a time. The shower in the room had just a shower curtain rather than a proper door.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
small room outdated decor
The location was acceptable as a base for exploring the area.
The room was TINY. The lift was also small. It felt unsafe to use, and the many stairs would be a real problem for anyone with mobility issues. I was frustrated by the outdated decor and overall condition of the place.
